He was very mindful of customer satisfaction and visited office number of times to explain our queries and process paperwork. He made the process of dealing with insurance easy and painless and got insurance in less than a week.
Erik has our best interests in mind. It was a time consuming activity in state of confusion but Erik patiently analyzed our insurance needs and able to make some excellent recommendations and options which we've never had before. He used his experience and expertise to save money on insurance policies and we have now much better insurance coverage.

Anyone looking to emigrate to Germany that must take the mandatory insurances should consult with Exinss. The service during and after consultation is of a high standard and I strongly recommend the company.
I moved from the UK to Germany in 2012 and Exinss was recommended to me for all insurances and insurance information in Germany. The consultative advice was invaluable and extremely beneficial to me as a non-German speaker in the complex German insurance market.
All details behind all insurance options available to me were presented and illustrated in a simple, understandable and non-biased form enabling me to make an informed choice.
